Our senior car scheme specialist is Chris Bolan who deals personally with all clients on car scheme issues. Chris spent approximately 11 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Reading and London and he has two professional qualifications; first as a Chartered Accountant and then as a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Whilst working with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chris became a leading specialist in car scheme planning. His track record includes carrying out successful projects for some of the UK's leading organisations.
As an independent consultant, he has remained at the forefront of this field. In recent years his work has involved the design and implementation of an Employee Car Ownership Scheme (ECOS) for a household name car manufacturer and extensive work in helping SME organisations to implement efficient and effective car scheme policies. Chris was also involved in the recent Government review of ECOS and Approved Mileage Allowance Payments (AMAPs) and, in particular, his views were sought in relation to the effects of any proposed changes on the SME market.
